How it works

Three steps

1. Send your Tar Heel Tracker
  1. In ConnectCarolina, go to Student Center, then Academics, then Tar Heel Tracker.
  2. Click View PDF at the top right and download the file it opens.
  3. Upload that PDF when you order, or after you sign in.

The PDF shows your PID. We only use the report to read your classes and requirements, never store your PID, and delete the PDF once your plan is built.

2. Bring in your shopping cart
  1. In ConnectCarolina, open your Shopping Cart.
  2. Select everything on the page (Ctrl+A or Cmd+A) and copy it.
  3. In your plan's Cart tab, choose Paste cart and paste.

You can also add a class by hand with its section and meeting times.

3. Keep your plan current
  1. After you register, and again after final grades post, download a fresh Tar Heel Tracker PDF (step 1).
  2. In your plan, open My Account and choose Send a new degree audit.
  3. We mark what's done, fix anything that changed, and update your plan. Updates are included.
